    Launched by Craig Ford in 2008, a number of names* delivers sales and distribution strategies for established and emerging premium fashion brands. Since its inception, a number of names* has built established long-term relationships with a number of clients, and also works on a variety of one-off projects.

    Paisley born Ford graduated from the Scottish College of Textiles, with a First Class BSc in Clothing Design.  Whilst studying, Ford worked for Glasgow designer store Ichi-Ni-San developing an eye for innovative quality clothing. A buying, sales and marketing role with Duffer St George followed. During his tenure with Duffer, Ford created a name as a stylist, working with some of the UK’s best independent bands, including Primal Scream and The Jesus and Mary Chain.  Working alongside cutting edge photographers such as Terry Richardson and Corinne Day, Ford was influenced by their aesthetic and has parlayed this throughout his career.

    In the late 1990s, Ford stepped into a new role with Kenneth McKenzie’s brand 6876, leading the development of the footwear, jersey and accessories range as well as driving overseas marketing and sales. In 2002, Ford was key in overseeing the launch of A Busy Workshop, the first Bathing Ape store to open outside of Japan.

    Working on successful design and marketing projects with major brands including, adidas, Sebago, Dr Martens, Henri Lloyd and New Balance has established Ford’s solid reputation as a freelance consultant.

    Ford co-founded Jacket Required, the London-based premium menswear show launched in 2011. Since its launch, the Jacket Required tradeshow has become one of the most hotly anticipated dates in the fashion calendar, and 2013 show was the biggest to date, with over 150 up and coming designers showing their collections.

    Recently cited by Complex Magazine (USA/February ’13) as London’s most influential fashion insider, Ford is one of the key tastemakers in the premium menswear industry. His reputation for being relevant whilst being true to his roots is unrivalled.

    Our media team works closely with stylists, writers and fashion editors to ensure a number of names* gains coverage in all top tier print titles, both domestic and international.

    The team creates, delivers and curates on-topic, tailor-made content across a wide range of digital platforms, and has built a strong brand following on social medial channels. a number of names* also create original print material including look-books and written interviews.

    The London HQ and showroom is located in Shoreditch in East London. Our London showroom houses client collections and also supporting sales and marketing material. Our Shoreditch showroom can accommodate buyer appointments, presentations, meetings and conferences. a number of names* also host media and press events including; interviews, filming and press days.

    The Paris showroom is located in the Bastille district. It also houses seasonal client collections and can also facilitate sales appointments, conferences and media events.

    Both showrooms are centrally located, and afford easy access to buyers and press.
